Case Study:
In order to increase awareness on counterfeits / spurious products amongst pesticide dealers, the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare (DA&FW), issued advisories through letters to pesticide dealers on the consequences of sourcing and selling illegal crop protection products. The advisory has been issued in the years 2014, 2016 and 2018.
This Advisory is issued to all the Licensed Dealers / Retailers of Pesticides to caution them on the consequences of sourcing and selling illegal Crop Protection Products.
